Sofitel Downtown, Office 1601 - 1607
Dubai, UAE
Our office is in Sofitel Downtown on Sheikh Zayed Road, and we work with businesses across the emirate — mainland and free zone alike. Most engagements run remotely over WhatsApp and email, with on-site visits where the bookkeeping needs hands-on work. We have dedicated pages for Business Bay, DIFC, DMCC, Deira and Dubai Marina, or start with the Dubai overview.
Same working day. We reply on WhatsApp or email and ask for three things: your trade licence, your financial year-end, and whether you are already registered with the FTA.
Free scoping call. Twenty minutes to establish what is actually due, what is overdue, and whether any penalty exposure already exists.
Fixed quote. A written scope and a fixed fee before any work starts. No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
No. Almost all Corporate Tax and VAT work is handled remotely over WhatsApp and email, with documents shared digitally. You are welcome at Sofitel Downtown if you would rather meet in person, and we visit client premises across Dubai where bookkeeping needs on-site work.
Within the same working day, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time. WhatsApp is the fastest route. Messages sent on Friday or Saturday are answered on Sunday morning.
Yes. The scoping call is free and carries no obligation. We use it to work out what you owe and by when. You only pay once you accept a written fixed-fee scope.
Your trade licence, your financial year-end date, your FTA Tax Registration Number if you already have one, and a rough figure for last year’s revenue. That is enough for us to tell you which deadlines apply to you.
Usually not. Late Corporate Tax registration carries a fixed AED 10,000 penalty that does not grow with further delay, and voluntary correction is consistently cheaper than being assessed. Tell us the dates and we will work out the actual exposure before you commit to anything.
